I dag hann vi g\u00f6ra lite av Dublin innan vi l\u00e4mnade Gunnel p\u00e5 flygplatsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vi b\u00f6rjade med en rundvandring p\u00e5 Guinness utan \u00f6lprovning f\u00f6r att sedan g\u00e5 upp i takbaren och sedan shopen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vi avslutar Dublin med att \u00e5ka \u00f6ver Samuel Beckett Bridge som \u00e4r en snedkabelbro. Bron b\u00e4rs upp av 31 kabelstag fr\u00e5n en dubbelt bakstagad enkel fram\u00e5tb\u00f6jd r\u00f6rformig konisk spant, med plattform f\u00f6r fyra trafikanter och tv\u00e5 g\u00e5ngbanor. Den kan ocks\u00e5 \u00f6ppnas i en vinkel p\u00e5 90 grader s\u00e5 att fartyg kan passera. Formen p\u00e5 spantet och dess kablar framkallar bilden av en harpa som ligger p\u00e5 kanten. Sedan \u00f6ppnandet 2009 har bron snabbt blivit ett av Dublins mest fotograferade landm\u00e4rken och en symbol f\u00f6r det nya moderna Dublin i det \u00e5terupplivade Docklands-omr\u00e5det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
