Dag 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I dag blev det en tur ut till La Manga som \u00e4r en l\u00e5ng, smal landtunga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Den \u00e4r ungef\u00e4r 21 kilometer l\u00e5ng och i snitt bara runt 100 meter bred, vilket g\u00f6r att du n\u00e4stan alltid har havet p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor om dig samtidigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fyren Cabo de Palos invigdes p\u00e5 1800\u2011talet och hade inte bara rollen att leda sj\u00f6farare r\u00e4tt, utan \u00e4ven att hysa en skola f\u00f6r fyrvaktare, Escuela de Torreros. Den har sedan dess varit ett av de mest betydelsefulla sj\u00f6m\u00e4rkena i regionen, b\u00e5de tekniskt och symboliskt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bron Puente de la Risa ligger allra l\u00e4ngst ut p\u00e5 La Manga\u2011tungan, d\u00e4r Medelhavet och Mar Menor m\u00f6ts, och den b\u00e4r p\u00e5 en historia som \u00e4r b\u00e5de lite galen och ganska poetisk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Puente de la Risa byggdes 1978 och ritades av arkitekten Antoni Bonet i Castellana. Tanken var att omr\u00e5det skulle bli ett slags mini\u2011Venedig, med kanaler och broar d\u00e4r varje hus skulle ha egen b\u00e5tplats. Projektet blev aldrig helt f\u00e4rdigt, men bron st\u00e5r kvar som ett minne av den visionen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det som g\u00f6r bron s\u00e5 speciell \u00e4r dess ovanligt branta och blinda uppf\u00f6rsbacke. N\u00e4r man k\u00f6r \u00f6ver den k\u00e4nns det n\u00e4stan som att bilen ska lyfta \u2014 och det \u00e4r just d\u00e4rf\u00f6r den kallas \u201cskrattbron\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
